Congratulations to all celebrating milestones today !!

I just realized what a creature of habit/routine I am...I usually post here after reading and posting the Hazelden readings on FB. The Hazelden site has been down for the past few days and so I've posted from another resource...I usually close the Hazelden tab and click on SR to post. I've missed the last two days signing in here. Happy to say, I am still drink and drug free and signing up for the next 24 hours!!

My county is the only purple one in Ohio. Great. And where is my neighbour right now?
At the gym of course. Because she doesn't believe this is real.
I spent a lot of time yesterday feeling very angry....I looked up info regarding how to deal with anger during this pandemic....it was helpful.
So today I am going to get as much sunshine and outside time as possible, and try to let go of the negative emotions that are tying me up in knots.

7:49 am here in Indiana. I'm grateful for a good night sleep, that I made it through an incredibly busy week, that my body is recovering although slowly, and that I get to spend more time with my family this weekend.
