Good morning everyone. 8:11am here in Indiana. First of all, thank you all for the kind words, thoughts and prayers...I really appreciate it. They must have helped because I slept better last night than I have in a couple weeks. Still not 100% comfortable, but still makes a difference. I don't think I'm being overly brave or anything coming back to work...it really comes down to better internet here and I have a job where I can sit all day!

24 more please. Feeling very nauseous this morning. Youngest daughter, 4, threw the biggest tantrum I’ve ever seen at gymnastics last night. It was so hard to help her through. I found myself getting upset with her. Trying to take a step back.

The Gymnastics folks were not exactly helpful. They had to of seen I was struggling. I was trying to physically pick my daughter up and carry her out when one of the instructors came over and said I think it’s time for you to go. Really rubbed me the wrong way. I couldn’t carry her out with all the bags and hold the hand of my other daughter. She has no sympathy or compassion. At any rate, it’s still on my mind how I could have handled differently. I was “that parent” last night.

heading into the office to get some wet signatures and finish up some exam work. Hoping it’s an easy day because I would love an afternoon nap.

(((Trees)))). You were certainly put to the test, dear one; sorry that that happened to you. One of my children had many tantrums - big ones and some in public - not fun at all. I remember that my pediatrician told me to make sure that she was safe and then to ignore her. Hard to do if you are in a public place like you were. Too bad that the staff or other parents were not more helpful; seems they could have easily helped you with your bags and other child. Sending you love, sweetheart. Hope that you get that beautiful nap.

well is fall. rain is here a lot (Vancouver BC) is flu season, the weather changing. call in sick and now have to lose the rest of the week because got wait for the covid test that I did yesterday. The next paycheck is going to be very low
