Good morning everyone. 7:46 am here in Indiana. My wife and I own a small business that is her full time job. Obviously with COVID it's been a hard year and I think the stress is getting to her. Lately she's just been negative. Not towards me or anything, but just about everything. It's bumming me out because that's something I am trying to avoid while I make all the positive personal changes in my life. It's not causing me to want to drink and I know she's dealing with a lot, but it's also causing some issues. We're not talking as much, not much intimacy, and I can honestly say that I'm happier lately at work and on my own than I am at home sometimes. I know it's something we need to deal with and hopefully it will pass, but just another stressor on an already full plate.

Anyway, I wish you all the best today and I'm checking in for my 24.

Hi Everyone. Thank you so much for keeping me on the list, I don't post very often these days but I am still sober. 2 years and 8 months today! Can't believe it. This site and in particular this thread helped me so very much in the first few weeks and I will always be grateful. I go to AA still (via Zoom these days) and yesterday I did my step 5, not nice but glad I have done it. I can still have bad days and sometimes still crave for the crazy world of drinking but it does pass and for that I am extremely grateful. Sending love and best wishes to you all. And I pledge to stay sober and clean for the next 24 hours. xxx
