Hi everyone...
Quick check in at bedtime for me, I have to be up for work at 5am so I'll be lucky to get more than about 6 hours sleep tonight. The good thing is that I can just about cope on that these days because I sleep instead of passing out...
Tonight I am grateful.
Grateful for the roof over my head and the means to earn enough to pay for it.
Grateful for the Indian incense which is burning, making me feel calm and at ease.
Grateful for an easy day today.
Grateful for seeing a good friend who came round for tea and a chat.
Grateful for having a little money in the bank. Not much, but a little.
Grateful that I'm able to address some of the debts that I built up through years of carelessness and burying my head in the sand. Not making mega progress, but it's progress.
Grateful for very many things this evening. Life isn't perfect, I don't have everything I want but I do have everything I need at this minute. Praying for my children tonight.
I'd like another 24 hours of freedom to choose, and a little help to know what the next right thing is when I need it...

you remembered my 1 week! After all my screw ups and changed dates, you still have my sober date! You’re amazing and thank you, the date is not changing again!

24 more please. I’ve been running a low grade fever all day. I’m very fatigued and I’ve had bouts with headaches. Heading back home tomorrow. Work has been texting and emailing constantly so I’m hoping I get some real time off next week.
