feeling rather low today. but that's ok. going to feel that way at times. drinking will only make me feel lower.

Just a quick check in, in between meetings ... Work has got super busy. I will catch up on all the posts later. Earlier today, the kids dressed the dog up as Yoda - gives a good idea of how well home schooling is going

10:15 am in Louisville. I am ready for another 24 sober hours. And cup of coffee number 2. I am focusing on staying in the present and being mindful.

My thoughts are with you. Angry you might lose the job is understandable. Get some rest and food. Reaching out as you are. And dealing with the anger.
