Absolutely shattered, I left for work at 6.30 am and didn’t get in till 8 pm. That’s a long day in my books...

The site I was working at is a big mixed farm, they employ quite a few people and I was still up to my armpits servicing a tractor when they all finished work. They’re allowed to have a drink when they finish work, and four different guys came over to me at different times with ice cold beers to offer me... Proud to be able to say that I politely refused them all... That was a challenge because it’s been nearly 30 degrees c most of the day and I had a serious thirst going on.. Nearly talked myself into “just the one” before I got a grip

Not gonna lie, I was sorely tempted but I didn’t break...

Thinking of my son Ethan today. It hurts that I can’t see him to wish him happy birthday. Can’t even speak to him. Happy birthday baby bear, I love you xxx

Time to get comfortable and wait for sleep to come..

I don’t feel like I’ll ever be truly happy or comfortable again, but I hope these feelings pass soon

Packing to drive to NH. My body is fighting off something. For two days I’ve felt like I’m about to come down with something. Lots of body aches, headache, runny nose and throat congestion. No fever but when I asked to be tested the nurse gave me a runaround. Not sure if I want to risk driving all the way up there or if I should send the husband alone. It’s a long drive -about 10 hours.
