HALT + Random Act of Kindness

Ate Lunch, prayer/meditation for anger, haven't felt lonely but getting outside and talk to a few people helped, not really tired I'm sure a nap is in order soon.

Helped the Pepsi delivery people find housekeeping so they can deliver the soda everybody seems to want in the machine.

I’ll take another 24 please, quiet day but that’s nice sometimes.. local kids being noisy outside but that’s ok, just background noise.

Off to bed knowing I’ll be a month sober when I get up in the morning, and grateful
