Good morning all.

Way to go on 29 days Sadforldr. I am just one day a head of you. My sleep isn't great yet either. But better than waking at 3 am with my heart pounding and anxiety taking over.

Good morning everyone. Day 39 here. After a rough day yesterday anxiety wise I’m feeling pretty good this morning. Got a workout in and got a phone call from a psychiatrist I’m supposed to see next week that she can see me later this afternoon, so excited but apprehensive about that. Hope everyone has a lovely day!

I know it's a bit nerve-wracking, but in my experience it was the best thing I ever did for myself.

I will never forget Dr Greg. I still listen to him in my head and use the tools he taught me, and it was 20 years ago.

woo hoo! Plenty of "good" reasons to drink this week ( two heart attacks and a broken hip in the family) but one good reason not to.

Thanks Dee. Aunts, uncles and fathers get old. Pops got a new hip yesterday and going to take mom to see him today. They were are the steak and egg, 3 martini, and two packs a day generation of the 50's-70's. Sad to see the end results.
