Tired, sad and lonely.
I have milk and chocolate as a bedtime treat but to be honest I just want to cry. I’m nowhere near picking up, just feeling incredibly isolated and I miss my children and my ex partner more than I can say.
When will it start to click that she won’t ever come back into a relationship with me?
Off to bed to read and hopefully get some sleep.

Sorry NGB for how your feeling. Don’t have to feel lonely coz God is always there, so cry out to Him. Also SR fam is here; Or reach out by going to a meeting which helps me get out of my own head. My sponsor always tells me when I feel gloomy to go help another alky. This too shall surely pass brother-hang tough
