James, I don’t even begin to know what to say to you, but I had to at least tell you that I admire you incredibly for staying sober through all of these current troubles. In bad times, I try to remember that nothing stays the same, good or bad; everything changes (whether we like it or not). The good side of that is that the bad in our lives will change; we just have to push through it. Everything is impermanent. Best to you! Josh

I have milk and chocolate as a bedtime treat but to be honest I just want to cry. I’m nowhere near picking up, just feeling incredibly isolated and I miss my children and my ex partner more than I can say.
When will it start to click that she won’t ever come back into a relationship with me?

This is such incredibly hard stuff.....so painful.
sAcceptance comes, but sometimes slowly....just know how much we care about you. You have friends here who love you.

Felt a heavy discouragement yesterday afternoon that I haven’t had in a long time! It feels as if I’m taking two steps forward, but five back. Don’t know why even with some time under my belt, employment has been a struggle from very beginning. I’ve now ordered two pairs of boots & told both times upon receiving em, that there’s no work....grrrughh
