Oh no.....you poor love.....have you heard of calamine lotion? It is used in Aus and the UK and it is awesome.....just a thought.

I realised this morning that I didn't check in yesterday...however the good reason is I stopped looking at the trashed house and got on with it. Got obsessed with every minor detail of mess and finally had to stop late evening. Still not finished because believe me when I drink I don't do it neatly

Hi all. Haven't been checking in so thanks for keeping me on the list. I am sooo busy, cannot believe the difference in the last 12 months. I keep adding new things to do and some days I don't stop. Just come back from cinema/theatre (the live broadcasts from the theatre we have here in the UK). I love being busy and having a life, just need to remember to sign in here too!
Hope everyone is okay. I don't read the posts as much as I used to but I will never forget the support this site gave me in those first few weeks - when I didn't even leave the house! Love and blessings to you all.

This morning we went to the buffet @ Treasure Island for breakfast (7am). The couple behind us had Bloody Marys, For just a few minutes I was missing the BloodyMary mornings. I said a prayer asking God to be with me and guide me. Today I commit to 24 alcohol free hours

I can relate to the posts with the wine boxes, needing to clean the house and etc.
I let a lot go when I was drinking daily. I have started cleaning and trying to do a few things each night.
Im just so tired the past couple of days after I get home from work. Maybe I will have more energy tomorrow. Plus, I'm still freaking sick 🤧
Congrats to everyone today. I choose to be sober - so count me in for another 24 hours please. I am looking forward to day 13 tomorrow.
