I am officially on vacation for the next two weeks. Started my first day of vacation watching my oldest daughter run at a track invitational, she came in second in the 800, and had a new PR, she ran the mile a little later with tired legs and finished fourth, and only three seconds off of her PR. Can’t remember if I posted after my other daughter’s swim finals, it she did fantastic. Went home with three first place medals.
Had to take my car in yesterday, and it cost $1350 to fix. The good news is it is now safe to drive again.

Just to add onto what Kenton and Willow posted. That voice has done me in time after time. From what I’ve learned lately they need to be treated as pass through thoughts. Just let them come and go. Don’t try to not have these thoughts because the more you try to dismiss them the more you’ll think about them. Thoughts are thoughts and don’t need to be acted on.

She’s a perfectly well behaved and mannered dog. Listens really good. Whoever lost her lost a real gem. Considering she’s a Texas girl she did really great in the last snowstorm. I was worried about that.
I’m glad I got her. There’s something to be said about having something to care for.
