Probably won’t check in this weekend, but I’ll be fine and sober. We’re going parasailing and kayaking in San Diego. Have a good weekend, everyone!

I drank last night. I know I was getting into trouble. I own it.

But the worst was I switched the alarm off, went back to sleep and woke up 3 and a half hours later, the boys were late to school. And we missed the ceremony of my younger one being honored as a terrific kid. How could I miss that.

And now I have to start all over again.

Day 1 !

Me too! Except for the quiet evening part - tornado warnings here last night.

I can feel how painful this is for you.....I know I have done things like this as well, many times....it hurts.

Love the weather....major snow

I love recovery though at times my addiction says screw it....it's not that much better than when using...especially smoking.

Today with some ridiculous conniving thoughts only to get by with offering and asking for help.
