I’m still struggling to think of Mum and not cry. So I cry multiple times every day ❤️ I talked to someone last night who lost her Mum 5 years ago and she had tears in her eyes as we spoke. She said the hurt doesn’t go away but you learn to live with it, and with time you more easily recall the good and wonderful memories, so not all thoughts of her Mum make her cry now. And darling Suze said similar, that her Mum is always with her, surrounding her with her love ❤️ I know Mum is safe now with God, no more pain or suffering, for which I am so grateful, I just miss her so very much. I know she’s still with me, in my heart, but I miss her physical presence, her hugs, her beautiful smile and kind eyes filled with love. I know I will carry her in my heart forever ❤️
24 more please. One day at a time. Day 207 today. Maybe when I get to a year I’ll stop counting days or maybe not

Crying is Healing. My hubby passed 1 year 5 months ago and I still cry sometimes. I am mostly triggered by things now like a song, a person who has just found out, etc. Birthdays are hard, holidays. He will always be with me. I miss the hugs. So here's another for you.
