Nice work Whopper! I always admired people who can work on cars. My husband is like that- he used to spend all day taking the car apart, fixing it and putting it back together. I don't think I would have the patience.

Here for 24 more. I woke up a little tired and dehydrated and actually had to wonder if I was hungover- what a scary feeling that was. I don't think I would survive if I ever started drinking again. I'm grateful that thoughts about drinking bring me fear rather than excitement like they did for so many years.

Going to make the best of the morning/afternoon ahead with the boys. Hoping to take them to the gym and then back home to work on our gingerbread houses before I go to work.

My husband loved "A Star is Born" last night. He saw a lot of himself in the main character which is also the reason I can relate to the movie so much. He said he will probably never realize just "how bad" he was and I agree. I'm glad the movie shed a little light on the pain and suffering of addiction. If anyone hasn't seen it, I highly recommend it.
