Hi everyone, checking in for another 24 hours please. I will not drink today. Having a rough morning, missing my Mum ❤️ I know everyone says it gets easier, but sometimes it’s so hard, I miss her so much. But I will not drink today.

I am not sure I said it gets easier: I believe it gets better.

The pain is tempered now (for me)....I am able to bring to mind all of my mum's lessons (and Love) at the drop of a hat....she is just WITH me.....that's what changed love....and it took 6 years.
