A Different Path Part 10
Hello dearest Kathy,
I am so glad you had a good nights sleep.
As usual, I am an infrequent poster, but I want you to know you are never far from my mind and in my prayers every night. I keep up with you and all your wonderful friends here who support you so lovingly.....it’s really a beautiful thing.
I realize that being a “no show” doesn’t speak well of me, but I have so much on me and don’t want to, in any way, detract from the beauty of this thread.
You continue to amaze....especially your show of concern for your Pastor.
Even in the most difficult circumstances your grace and concern for others shines through...
I hope your weekend is peaceful and wonderful.
Much love,
Croutie

I got my two (lesser) travel posters that represent the northwest coast of Tasmania and Canberra, "Federal Capital and Garden City." They have a retro 40s feel. They are artists' renditions, not photographs.
I was disappointed not to see any government buildings in the Canberra pic: for Washington, DC pictures, government buildings or monuments are the number one focus.
The thing in the lower right is my backup oxygen tank.

Hi, Croutie! I accidentally stepped on your post!
It is so good to hear from you. You and your family are constantly in my prayers. I hope your husband is feeling well.
I hope you two can find some uninterrupted time of peace and rest this weekend. I pray that a sense of quiet joy and unity might settle upon you in the moments between all of your obligations.
I am proud of you for not drinking. You have more strength and character of almost anybody I know.

Ahhh......I am glad I didn't get to send the pics today now, I will add one more that includes the govt buildings in Canberra.....I don't mean I am glad you have to wait an extra few days for them. But I ordered something I wanted to send you and that came today so selfishly I am happy.
This isn't working out well is it?
Me me me.....hmmm.

Me, me, me is perfectly okay!
Have your body and spirit recovered from the bloodletting ordeal?
With the photos, I don’t mean to put you out! I feel like I’m imposing too much.
But I am really looking forward to seeing exactly what you’ve chosen to represent these regions!

I just woke up from another little nap, too!
Right now I’m using the massage feature in the recliner.
This is the first time I’ve used it since the very beginning, because that other occasion it made me instantly nauseous!
So far so good today, though.

Thank, Aly.
Mags, I just finished watching Dirty Rotten Scoundrels.. I loved it! Really spellbinding—both Michael Caine and Steve Martin we’re so great in it!
Steve Martin really was the king of the soppy grin, wasn’t he?

So pleased the recliner is giving you joy now.
And pfffffftttt......what wouldn't you do for me? Because that's the same way I feel. I am still coming to see you if you feel well enough....anytime you like. ♥♥
(No pressure of course. )

Leigh's photograph is magnificent!!! I love the light!
And the posters are wonderful too, the retro look captures something special.
Kathy, you are so loved, sharing our world here is something very special.
I could use your recliner today, I took a bad tumble last night while jumping out of bed with a leg cramp, whacked my head on a night table. So move over and gimme that control for vibrating and we can elbow each other and laugh at trying to squeeze us both on that chair...you may want the hospital bed....but I shall bring cheesecake and tea.

I laughed like a kookaburra at the kiwi version of the Kookaburra song that says it’s Aussie but it’s so not
I grew up with the version Venus posted.
And now it’s stuck in my head
