I hope you enjoy this, Gilmer and friends.

One of the commenters on YouTube wrote, "My God, it's a Norman Rockwell painting that moves."

Hope it brings you a smile

Carmamel, that set my toes to tapping, clogging right here in my chair.

Kathy, they were young, we all had stamina when we were young. Mine's still around here someplace, I just can't find it most days.

Good morning from Oz, Gilmer and the Gilmerites

Suze ❤️ I love Cat Stevens and ohhh especially that song ❤️

And wow Ann, that is so very beautiful, thank you ❤️ the Rocky Mountains look absolutely stunning ❤️ I have always wanted to visit that part of the world, ever since I was a little girl and I read a book about a donkey, “Brighty of the Grand Canyon” boy I so loved that book perhaps I’ll try to track it down and read it again

Yum home made chicken soup is the best!
My Mum used to make is when we were sick as kids. It’s so nourishing, not just for the body but also for the soul ❤️ Enjoy Kathy

Good night, Suze!

The soup will probably be gone before tomorrow: my son will come home from class like a devouring locust!

Hiya Kathy,

Your soup looks delicious, Mmmm.

I was thinking about your recliner and made me think when I was on holiday in Portugal a few years ago now, (round the corner from Cliff Richards winery) and I went to the hairdressers, and was pleasantly surprised whilst having my hair washed, the chair bottom lifted up and it all vibrated! So relaxing.

Hope it’s a good Tuesday for you ....... and the Gilmerites

Avery long day. Classses- then decided to go to the city afternoon meeting I used to run, where someone wanted an ear to share coffee with and then the below (shared elsewhere - apols)

Oh this is a story well worth sharing. In the local mall shopping centre carpark (small) an elderly lady, SOMEHOW (?????) managed to get the front LH wheel of her car lower than the other 3 tyres- by driving over a concrete lip- demarking a lower area- by 18 inches. Her car was stuck to the floor pan. She called the very good and reputable car service company she is in (me too). The enthusiastic roadside assist guy problem solved- but was none too bright. He managed to get another male idiot to help him- 'rock' the car- while raised up on a jack- to try and push the 4th wheel back onto level ground. The valourious but totally clueless guys went about their lunatic will-never work actions for a good 10 minutes. Any idiot could tell them that to get a car to move sideways- at least 2 conjoining wheels would have to be off the ground. In his defence- the second guy was following the lead of idiot number 1- as he had a smart roadside assist uniform on and had a van full of tools.
Idiot number 2 quit after 10 minutes- finally seeing the light and made a suggestion to idiot number 1, who by this stage was in total idiot mode.

I sighed to myself that guys really should think out these things...…

I was idiot number 2.

I'd prob have been idiot no 3

I've done that with the scooter thanks to some pretty awful kerbs in my part of town - lucky the scooter is comparatively light and even I can push her in neutral.

sounds like you earned a good nights sleep PJ
