Those pictures are beautiful.
So happy to hear you like your bed so much now and that you are finding comfort there.

I started to get some breakthrough nausea, so I followed the doctors’ new orders to take. 5 mg Ativan.

I wonder if I ‘m going to start nodding off here in a second!

The nurse suggested that the extra dose of steroids will provide enough energy to keep me awake.

My younger daughter and her son have come over for a pizza birthday dinner for him. Right now I’m sitting with him and the little tenant girl in the playroom, and they’re doing somersaults on the handlebars of my treadmill.

At least it’s getting some use!

Heated hospital bed! Awesome.
Im sorry to hear about the nausea though. That is just the most horrible feeling. Ativan will make you feel drowsy for sure but will also hopefully help that nausea. Prayers for it to subside and you to feel better. Love and hugs. XO

I hope your medicine makes you feel better so you can enjoy your grandson's b-day. Prayers to you that your nausea goes away. A nap usually helps me at least, when I'm feeling sick, I hope you wake feeling better after a nap.
Your family is so wonderful.
Hugs, love, and prayers. xxoo

People say that love is the universal language.

I think not.

I say it’s toddler screeching. Once one starts they all try to outdo one another!

Hi Kathy,

I can honestly say PJ showed us something I’d never seen before! Sauna Pants!

Fantastic pictures Kathy. The nearest landmark to me, about a mile away, is Normanby Hall Country Park. They had an awesome video done by a drone over the park. welcome to Normanby Hall. It must be recent as it has the new children’s play area on it. Tried to put the link but it errored

Have a good day, I’m pleased you’re finding some comfort in the hospital bed, gotta good if it helps your swollen feet xx

Kathy, I am glad you have your hospital bed. And love your pictures and am jealous of heated recliner!

A couple of years ago I invested what I thought was too much money in an “adjustable bed base”. Heaven! It turned my bed into a comfy place since I can raise and lower head and/or feet and it even has a massage setting (which I don’t use). It has helped with back pain and sleep apnea.

Wonderful that you are surrounded by loving family

Mags, I hope this is the video you meant...and I hope the link works now... Normanby Hall Country Park.

Click on the video itself for sound.
