Now you see, this is why I don't have a tattoo....I CANNOT imagine the pain being anything but well, pain.....and I am a chicken.

It's really not that bad... apart from when it's over bone, or the soft skin on the inner bicep, or parts of the abdomen...

Haha Venus! John’s right, it’s really not that bad

I only have one so it could’ve been an easy area (above the ankle) but it didn’t hurt at all. Just felt a bit weird. Getting a vaccination is 1000x worse!

Trach... thank you so much for the link, I hope I’m gonna be fine... gosh I’m gonna miss you badly.

Oh, I know what I’m gonna do - when I’m back, I will draw a turtle illustration and post it to you along with the letter

Thank you John, I’m really looking forward to all the new tats.

I also find the process quite therapeutic. I think the only session that I found really uncomfortable was my ribs & stomach - 8 hours... my tattoo artist had to give me sugar cubes to suck on so I wouldn’t faint.

In Poland now, speedy check in just to let you guys know I’m OK.

I’m with my friend Ula who picked me up from the airport - she drove here all the way from Warsaw... 500 km - wow. I love her so much. We’re having pierogis for breakfast.

Gosh I missed Polish food.

I have to agree with Gabe....or maybe I'm just a wimp! I have three tattoos...had one of them filled in last year since the colors were fading; not fun IMO!
