I know this is a weird thing to say......but I am hoping it will help you to feel a little better Sam....I mean, you didn't do any of that now did you.

We hear about the 'yets'.....and I know for me, if I drink again I will also end up with police and god knows what...so be proud of yourself for stopping now. And grab some new tools that will help long-term....we are WORTH it, every single one of us.

Life here is getting back to normal. Our pools are open again. All the ash sank to the bottom and they looked like flooded sand boxes. Summer is quickly coming to an end, at least as far as school is concerned. The weather will continue to be blazing hot. I am slowly getting our school room in order. I am ready for fall weather and soups, stews and homemade bread. 😭 it’s 95 today. 🤢

Eco-friendly my whatever.....not a chance....straws are one of the biggest recycling nightmares on the planet....they should stop making them....there are alternatives.....the personal straws you can buy now....they are going to have to give them away for a while in stores where they sell drinks, and bars to get people used to them and then just not have plastic straws available anymore, full-stop.

purp, and all...does your grocer have those plastic containers of precut celery in water. Get that and some pimento cheese, peanut butter, and almond butter. Scoop with the celery and it's crunchy, creamy, healthy, and tasty.
