I know this is a weird thing to say......but I am hoping it will help you to feel a little better Sam....I mean, you didn't do any of that now did you.
We hear about the 'yets'.....and I know for me, if I drink again I will also end up with police and god knows what...so be proud of yourself for stopping now. And grab some new tools that will help long-term....we are WORTH it, every single one of us.
