The of forgiving spirit hurts our spiritual progress.
Being unforgiving causes resentment, which is always a danger to our new way of life.
We have learn that if we forgive, we will be forgiven; but if we do not forgive, we will not be forgiven.
So it seems we are just hurting ourselves by not forgiven others.
Am I forgiving?
Higher power, help me forgive each person I need to forgive today.
i hope i can do it one of this days I'm so angry that my all areas of my life are suffering exect grandkids.......

In case any one else is having a rough time today, here is some astrological insight especially around the full moon which is tonight. I know I am feeling it like crazy. I like the advice at the end of this article about releasing toxic things we might be holding on to.
“This is not the time to ignore your feelings unless you want them to come back to bite you. "Unresolved issues may intensify as we approach full moon, bringing them to a head to be resolved. Ooh, I'm all for giving my toxic emotions to the moon. Thanks sunflowerlife, I love learning about all this stuff. And the best part..... when I wrote my list of toxic situations/experiences that are bothering me.... it wasn't a very long list. I seem to be gradually extricating myself from toxic people/situations and I know I have sobriety to thank for that. Still going to burn my list tonight tho, if the moon is there and willing to help.... I'm not going to miss that opportunity

Funny... Today I had a series of flashbacks from my drunken teenage years and some of these dark thoughts made me very uncomfortable. I tried to shake it off, but the memories just came flooding back. I wouldn't mind the moon to take these toxic feelings from me
