I did go to the doc last week and got some medication. My supportive doctor died last year and I don’t have a specific gp.

I’m sorry to not post for days and then send such a downer. I’ve got to take 2 baclofen tabs a day with food.

I wish I could just get up and snap out of this funk, but I can’t. I’m so sorry to hear your sister has another 4 weeks chemo Mags. She must be so upset.

I had a nice hot shower, washed my hair , put on the nice fresh pjs whilst Shaun changed the bedding. I feel 99% better than when I posted.

Went to Mum & Dads for dinner , had many laughs. I need to get up , shower and have a plan . It works. No more lying in bed for this little black duck !
