I'm doing ok, I'm just waiting on the results from the lymph nodes that were removed. It's definitely a stage 3, hoping that it won't progress to stage 4. They've realised it's very aggressive (the tumour caused the obstruction)so I'll need chemo in the next couple of weeks but I don't know which regime yet (that's dependent on the lab results)

Morning all. Had a very busy week or so but thought I would check in with the eating plan. So it has been 10 days since I decided to change my eating plan and remove the foods I binged on. The main ones I think were sugar and wheat but i kinda knew what was a binge trigger food as my little receptors did a merry dance when I walked past certain foods in the supermarket so I avoided those. I have a huge amount more energy than I had before and, even little things I have noticed, when I walk the dogs I am much more inclined to have an enjoyable speedy walk. I have not had the fog/slight headache in the morning on waking since i changed eating style. Life feels more in control and enjoyable and I am better able to make sensible decisions. I think the receptors are just quietening down slightly.

Lack of a plan after the 1 year mark left the door open to drink. My new "plan z" (final plan to successfully stop drinking) definately needs something more in real life.
