I hope you're Monday is off to a good start Dee. Thanks to you and the others for the kind words. 
Son thinks if he stays away from Xanax that drinking and pot are ok. After all 'everybody' his age drinks and smokes weed.
I accept that he didn't go full on into abstinence from all the stuff, and I'm honestly not surprised. My hope is that a seed has been planted with the things he's learned in the programs and when the consequences of substance abuse begin to build again he'll know there's another way.
I'm a little off schedule wise too Arbor....don't realize how late it is with the time change etc.. Today was a good day in that the appliance repair guy fixed the icemaker, dishwasher door, and microwave. Lawn guy is ready to start mowing, but the yard is too wet.
Speaking of being off schedule, it's past my bedtime! Goodnight all.

Weekend coming to an end. It’s nice it’s lighter outside now, but I’m still way off track with our schedule. Kids seem to be going to bed later and the days are longer. Gotta sort this out better. I’m tired and it’s only 7pm.

I've grown up hearing the term nor'easter but have just educated myself on what the term really means. Seems that the moisture provided by the gulf stream plays a role. Down here the mixture of cold and moist equals tornado, no shortage of those here.
I hope y'all fare well Arbor and that spring is just around the corner.
Son finally had his day in court today and has 14 months of probation, community service, classes to attend and various fees. I'm actually pleased with the probation part. Will find out tonight when I can speak with him what in all involves. Periodic testing, I hope, for drugs etc..
