The basics will help.....make yourself eat before you go in the morning and perhaps take some soda or something for you to drink. And soda is filling....hard to crave a beer after a couple of cokes or whatever....

♥Absolutely! Suze is right. Grab a glass filled with coke and maybe a lime or some similar concoction and no one has to know what you are drinking. Stay strong. We're with you! If you even have the thought of a drink, go outside and take in some fresh clean air. You can do this! Just Do it!
