And re our messages back and forth honey....I am never too busy to post a photo for you. Heck, send me 10, no problem.

And if you are in contact with Leshar, please please send my love and best wishes for her recovery. ♥♥

And speaking of photos.....I have some to post for our darling Leigh.

Re this cold Bob, hmm, as long as most of my new plants survive I can cope with the heating on. Hope the baseball is good....who is your team? I only know your football team.

Mags.....I hope the medication helps love. Sending huge hugs. ♥♥

The New England area has a rich heritage when it comes to sports teams.
The Patriots(Football(, Red Sox(Baseball), Bruins (Hockey) and the Celtics(Basketball) are all loved in this area.
I am currently watching the Boston Bruins play Toronto Maple Leafs in the playoffs right now.

That is very meaningful to me Bob....I ask Nick a lot about this stuff. I am a much bigger sports fan than he is....and I really like knowing where the loyalties lie.

I'm already a Celtics girl from a zillion years ago (I have a big bball past ) and the Red Sox or the Yankees were gonna be my baseball team...I am going with you. Red Sox it is. ♥♥

Sigh....still need a football team.

Can't go wrong with the Red Sox this year, They have a very good team and pitching staff.
Tom Brady the QB of the Patriots is a class act.
Brady was selected with pick #199, a compensatory pick, in the sixth round of the 2000 NFL Draft.
That's like near the end after all the "good" players have been taken.
That event in his career humbled him I think.
It gave him the hunger. To be the best in the game. And now her is, the greatest QB to ever play the game IMHO.
So, I'm more a Tom Brady fan than a Patriots fan.

I get that....any St Kilda Football Club long-term fan (Melbourne Aus) will extol Nick Reiwoldt's virtues....it is players like these that make us love football.

Nick R...remember his first game as captain at such a young age? The one where he (I think) broke his shoulder?

Actually I don't....I was more than likely drunk.
But I will never forget my amazing team coming from 54 points down to beat the Bulldogs the day before my dad died....he came out of horrendous pain to cheer on his hero. And then I emailed the club and told them and they called me and we chatted....gonna cry again.
Very big emotional special wonderful painful memory.

Hiya gorgeous Suze
Thanks Hun, I knew you wouldn't mind me sending the photo, now I just have to find it again

The mistake re Shaun's diagnosis is because sarcoidosis has exactly the same symptoms as stage 4 lymphoma ,( so we are told) plus his bloods were coming back with tumour markers of a cancer somewhere . They still do.

We are not being complacent though. But the stress level has gone down a million percent

He still has monoclonal gammopathy & has lived with that for over 10 years. We really have to put our faith into n the health system don't we ? & just hope they know what they are doing.

We are at their mercy. But overall, things are pretty good here at the moment with Shaun & Ange . No complaints ;-)

I don't really follow footy or cricket ( oh the recent disaster of the Australian cricket team ) re the cheating scandal. That was bad.

I follow the Crows, but not religiously , only cos all my family does and we usually have a BBQ get together when they make the finals.

I saved 3 more battery hens yesterday. I can't be trusted to go to the fodder store to get chicken feed anymore otherwise, they will soon start having their own bedrooms .

They way we have set their their coups up has spoilt them already.

It's like they are living in Cluckingham Palace now

Bless their little cotton sox, as soon as I got them out of the box they could not believe the earth under their feet.
They start clucking away with such pleasure. It always makes me cry happy tears when I first see that.

I've named them Maggie, Bonnie & Joel.

I love giving them family names.

I have Josephine ( Mum ) Aunty Lorraine, after ( Aunty Lorraine obviously) lol Henny Penny ( after my Aunty Helen ) Allira ( after my nephews gf) Bonnie ( my sister ) Maggie ( ( my sis in law ) Joel ( my cousin)
& my favourite first darling girls Kath'n Kim & Kel after my favourite comedy show in oz .

Then of course we have Miss Piggy, the rescue greyhound which was obviously not named after a family member haha & Lewis , my old rescue Italian greyhound.

Then there's the two snooty Siamese with bogan names. Ralph 'n Spike.
We say it as Spoik cos it sounds more gangster. Anyhow he's as thick as two planks of wood cos he only answers to Ralph ! Issues much !
Then there's The 3 rescue girls Thelma & Louise.
Lastly , dear little Wanda , who is the biggest ratbag of them all.

I wish I lived on an acreage so I could have pigs alpacas sheep a donkey and a horse and any rescue animal that found its way there )
Having said that, its best I dont lol , I'd probably need 100 acres !

I'd love to hear what pets you all have.

How is Toby going Bob? Xxx

Leshar will see your message Suze , I haven't heard from her since her surgery so hoping she got my card and gift xxx

Love you all

Xoxo

Let's keep moving forward int the light together....it's good here. ♥♥♥
