I hope every single one of us takes a few minutes today to just 'be'.

For me, it is watching my squirrillies and birds...I kind of have a pet squirrel now.
He was badly injured and he was afraid and kind of hung out on my back steps for a few days....now he comes every day and eats and looks at me with love.

Well, that's what I see.
