Bought me some magnesium today. I've been reading about deficiency and some of the symptoms mentioned I've definitely got. The bad part about my research, however, is that supplements my not fix the deficiency!!! I don't really understand why not.

Hi everyone, drum lesson went well. Learning to read/write some of the music since I basically play by ear. Good brain exercises 'cause it's like learning a new language!
I'm off Friday so I'll need to stick close by. I don't want to have an f-it moment tomorrow after work like last time!

PR I thought of you when hearing some shark news: Evidently there's a great white hanging around in the Gulf of Mexico near the Tampa Bay area....her name is Miss Costa ~ Yeah, I think I'll be staying outta the water!

So fair to say any winter get together of this group needs to be here in Southern California. I will bring the water balloons. 
Went to a business dinner tonight with 30 people at a Mexican restaurant. Avoided drinking. However it was so loud there. Even a mariachi band played the ENTIRE time right behind me. So I’m here in my room trying to quiet my nerves. Need some of Sam’s tea.

Day 1 of predicted 4 days of a heat wave. Keeping my silly sub-c from leaping into ;what if' stuff over moving soon. 2 years, 8 different addresses and no family. I am sad about this, but I will live through it. I have LOTS of experience on what does NOT work to get happy. Very much 'so what' logic, but change is a bit stressy, for me. I am going to go hell for leather when I do move- and am going to buy the most decadent cheese cake I can find.

Later start today - which is weird and something I’m not used to. Lol.
BBG - curious how your sleep was after taking the magnesium. Last night was my third time and I think I sleep longer before waking up. Which is good. But I am so groggy in the morning. Not sure if that’s the magnesium or just me. Anyways let me know how you did??

Mornin' everybody. Colder 'n heck again this mornin'. Went to the grocery yesterday and forgot startin' fluid. Gotta' go back. I'm almost out!!!
Sam I did sleep well and extra long last night but I've done that without the magnesium supplement. I really didn't expect anything different after only one tablet.

I am hoping the heat won't be as bad as they said....the weather is full-time entertainment value, so they always overdramatise. Keeping you in my very cool thoughts love.
And I know it's not the same....but you have a huge family here that loves you very much.
