Purp, sketching! Sounds fun! I’m sitting here watching home and garden channel. Some new show where a couple remodels old houses. The wife looks almost exactly like me so it’s fun to dream about an artistic hobby like that. I’m on tv interior designing! Woo hoo! A hobby like that would be delightful.

Thirteen, I understand how you feel. Let’s keep getting up.

I’m going to Las Vegas again this weekend. I hope this is the last time for awhile. The atmosphere really isn’t good for me. Luckily it will be with some ladies who have been sober over 25 years. A good squad.

Well I just turned the bathroom sink faucet on and my cat jumped in and started drinking from the water stream. Huh?!? Lol. (checked her water bowl and it’s full so literally no clue)

Well off to work shortly. Startin’ fluid in hand. More will be required soon.

Purplrks - I hope your day is good. If people give you a hard time try to remember that’s it their thing. They’re obviously going through something so bad that lashing out at others seems like their only recourse. ❤️

Mornin' friends. Coooold here this morning. 9 degrees F. I know that's not bad in some places of the world but in the deep Southern U.S. it's catastrophy!!!

Thank goodness for startin' fluid. But hey I'm almost outta' startin' fluid. Gotta' hitch up the dog team and head to the grocery I guess!

Hope your heart is on the mend, Mish. We've had our older dog, Koko for 12 years. We rescued her from an abuse situation and the way we love her is something only pet owners understand. Anyway, just wanted to say I understand and I'm sorry for your loss. I think there were many of us crying with you on Sunday. ((((hugs))))

Good morning, Marchers. I slept in this morning because I can. Guess what? I'm off today! Begged/coerced/cajoled/whined a co-worker into taking today's shift. My plans are to stay in my pajamas as much as possible today, though I do have to make a quick trip to a convenience or grocery store.

My plans are also to not drink today. No matter what.

Oh great: Scientists now warn of a new ice age as temperatures plummet to 80 below zero.

EDIT....lowest ever temp recorded in Antarctica was -88. This is scary.
