~didn't drink, good start
~feel mentally weller at last
~the dog loves me again
~I got some ordinary things done
~bought a like topiary made from living plant with christmas lights on it and I'm just in love with it, and I keep going to the kitchen to admire him.
I shall put him on the windowsill for others to see.So glad all those who slipped up are back, we love you here, and it's a better place than on your own with a bottle. Well, actually anywhere is better than that, come to think of it.
What Phoenix says, there's nothing a drink can't make worse.

12:49 pm in California and checking in for another 24. I am still not feeling great, so have spent most of the day in my Jammies under comfy blankets. I did finally get around to writing out my Christmas cards though.
