I won't bore you with the situ again but the bf messaged me last night and it put me in an absolute rage. It triggered my arch enemy the AV. So I mopped my kitchen floor to get some anger out, shared a few "sisterhood" texts with Pebbles (thank you my love!) and devoured 4 cheese sandwiches and some sweet chilli crisps. That's how I roll haha! So AV defeated but situ still very much at loggerheads with him. Tough. This may bite me on the behind at some point but for now I simply don't need those feelings in my life.
Operation super-clean continues. Upstairs today. I know it's a little odd to spend 4 days cleaning but once it's done I'll feel so much better and can enjoy my week off properly.

Anyway.......WHAT AN ABSOLUTELY AMAZING LIST OF MILESTONERS TODAY!!!!!!!!!

Yep, that has been huge for me....still is....for me it's physical activity. Cleaning or walking or something with my hands. It helps.
Yuu will find what works for you love....I bet you already have an idea.
