The drama of the last few days has calmed down but I'm hurt and sad. Why oh why? He said he was bored......"BORED"??????!!!!!!!
Nothing I can do I am utterly powerless over this situation. But I know what won't help. A drink. That won't help. So onward to another day. Going to focus on some gratitude today. My girls have invaded my room for nail painting just now! Bless them theyre keeping me going......xxx

Just looking around here at what things people are going through and staying sober and kind throughout is keeping me going.
Life doesn't go on hold to accommodate our sobriety does it?

Good morning from SE Michigan! Finally, some cooler weather today. Day 36 and all is well, looking forward to seeing what I can accomplish today.
Congratulations to those reaching milestones today and sober thoughts for all committing to 24 hours of sobriety.
