7.53am in the UK and I slept in. Aahhhhhh!!

I woke up at 5.30am and thought I had all the time in the world and then I closed my eyes for a millisecond and now I got the opposite of all the time in the world. I got no time!

Funny how you can go from having so much to so little in such a short time. Exactly what would happen to me on a grand scale if I start drinking again. 24 more hours please. Stay awesome everyone. And sober. Awesome and sober go together so well xxxx

11:30 am UK and another 24 for me please. On my drive home from work just after midnight my AV was nagging me but I ignored it.

As a result got up quite clear headed at 9am. Walked to town. Had a
cooked breakfast and 3 mugs of tea.

Now snuckling down for another 2 hours rest before getting ready for work.
