In for the next 24 hours. Back on day 1. 
I have so many sober tools they were working great for me. Just decided not to use any of these yesterday because I felt like I could take a day off and now I'm right back at the start. I'm back on board today and using every tool I can think of. Went for an evening walk and headed to bed early.
