One thing I have learned in recovery is sometimes I have to ask for help. Whether it is cleaning up around the house, or shuttling kids back and forth to acitivities. I have always hated asking, but have found that people, both my family, and friends are always willing to lend a hand.

Checking in for 24 hours. I mentor a founder of an online retailer which is doing really well. Even though she is more than a decade younger than me, I am amazed at her abilities, confidence and outlook on life. She simply radiates positivity ! Mind you, she certainly has "avoir la langue bien pendue"
