I am coming up to 3 months sober and I have been thinking a lot about how miserable I am without that drink , I just miss it . I am not going to drink though , I just miss it. There is a huge whole in my life that was drinking , I started to drink when I was about 14 I am 57 now .
I am sober today and plan on staying that way.

Checking in for 24. Yesterday was simply a lazy day. The bad thing about changing jobs is that one checks out of the existing job. Zero motivation. Makes one wonder. And there is that discomfort from not being able to say anything to your colleagues until your boss makes your resignation public. Limbo land However, the night was brilliant as I went to see the ballet, Sleeping Beauty. Ballet leaves me breathless. I cannot imagine any other type of performance that can capture such beauty, grace, athleticism and self-expression. Sadly, that is the final one for the season.

Congrats to us all. We march onwards with resolve and support for each other.

Another 24 hours of calm, loving kindness and sobriety pls ! Its 10:02am here !
