If I am going to Spain with Jo I'd better hurry up and grab my things! Actually, I am about to do my 20 step commute to my office to start my work day. I would prefer it was Spain! A Spanish breakfast sounds awesome! Have a good trip.

Good on you for being assertive with your friend and trying to find something you can do together that doesn't revolve around drinking. What about meeting for Brekky? Then there's no issue with alcohol being involved? Just a thought..

07:19 EDT and another 24 for me! 10 days done and humbly asking for 24 hours more.
On Wednesday I went to a great AA meeting and someone shared that they had been getting the Vivitrol shot, and they nearly vomited when at a picnic where there was alcohol. Know it sounds crazy but THAT is what I want...so I made an appt with a specialist who can prescribe it as long as it's safe for me (should be as I have no allergies - except alcohol of course). Going next Thursday so fingers crossed that this time next week I won't be able to even watch someone on TV drinking (ok I am exaggerating, but goals are good lol).
Hope all is well with Venuscat...her last post was worrisome.
