Cheers for Venuscat Part Three
Thanks for the congrats y'all
It is very fortunate Suze came home when she did... I very nearly killed all our plants. Not for lack of care and effort, mind you... simply because I don't know what I am doing.
That and I lack a particular quality that she has -- one that attracted me to her in the first place -- she "feels" plants, just as she does with animals and people. She feels them and knows what they need. It is such a beautiful thing. I saw it when we only knew each other on SR, and it is truly a wonder to behold when I see her do it in person.

Was it you who said the cake was "cute". I don't look like the cake. And when a lady says a man is "cute", well all I can say is that I'm a wrinkled old geezer, like the billionaire geezer dog owner in "Best in Show" who was married to this, well in my day we used to call them "gold diggers", she looking forward to an early bereavement. My favorite movie. I especially liked the guy from Tennessee who owned the bloodhound. And the psychiatrist at the end and the dog who thought he (the doc) was "cute". Maybe the dog was thinking, "Piece of cake...!"
