Checking in for 24 hours. Feel much better now that I've gotten normal sleep and eaten properly. Went for my first run outdoors pre-dawn today for the first time in many months ! A bit scary as it was all dark at first but worth it ! Saw the dawn break. I never get tired of seeing that. Blessed, beautiful mornings. How fortunate to be able to enjoy !

Congrats to the milestoners ! Dee, you are at the cusp of something huge ! Super well done to one and all !
