I don't know how this works but I have not drunk today. I can't say 24 hours yet as I was still up in the wee hours of the morning. Ah well, to me I have had a sober day. 3rd this week but not consecutive. Going to bed now and will check in tmr when I wake up to book myself another 24.
I am tired but also jumpy. No alcohol to relax me but I know I will sleep well tonight!

9:13 in California and checking in for another 24. I am loving the positive vibe on this thread. Each time I respond to a new poster I recommend this thread for that very reason.
