Today we are celebrating some splendid sober time! We're celebrating all of You, too!
Todays Celebrants are NGB 3 weeks, SoberDave 1 month, Angie 1 month, Vinny 2 months, Purpirks 3 months, SnazzyDresser 6 months, Odelle 11 months, Kaneda 3 years and 3 months and our Least! with 7 years of recovery in her sobriety! WOW!
Serving up a Chocolate Orange Cake and assorted candies and dark rich coffee! Celebrate and Enjoy!
and Orange Creamsicle Ice Cream.

How about a kiwi, peanut and sultana marble cake with chocolate covered coffee beans in the cake, orange/cocoa icing with a triple shot, double milk latte, of course sprinkled with chilli?

Still pumping iron, thinking young, and above all off the grog!
Recent Melbourne study by a cardiology prof indicates a 7% increase in heart palpitations after only one drink, increasing progressively. Just another reason to say no, as if we need one-------------
