How is one supposed to stay on a diet with all of this cake and ice cream though?

Thank you Venus. I really appreciate the support from you, and this group today. The day is nearly over; I made it through sober. Slept a lot. Already, I feel much better. It is pouring rain and I can sleep more if needed, read and stay on here as much as possible. I don't know what will happen; though things have taken a turn for the worse for my mother I will stay hopeful. They haven't decided on the treatment yet.
I am so glad to have this group; it really is a blessing. Thank you for helping me back up. Checking in for another 24 @ 6:02 pm Saturday
