Safe in the knowledge that although things aren't great just now, I'm facing them sober and I'm grateful for that...
I ache all over, I thought by now it would be beginning to ease off but it seems not. Don't know if anyone else has had this but it just feels like every muscle aches whenever I move.
Still, 6 weeks and 5 days today, and thank you to everyone who sent me messages of support yesterday. Your kind words mean a lot, I'm not getting a lot of encouragement from my partner / family at the moment and in fairness I don't really blame them..
One day at a time.

Still here in town, we aren't scheduled to leave on vacation till this Wednesday. Time to get in my favorite meetings this weekend!
I'll be checking in for the next 24. I'm so truly grateful for the support I receive from each of you here on SR.
