Yes, one day at a time is what I need to do. I've been trying to notice how I feel with the HALT method. Hunger is definitely a big trigger for me and when I sit down and eat the cravings subside a lot. I just need to see what works for me and stick with it.
Hunger was a biggie for me as well. Tired, too.

I commit myself to 24 hours more of not drinking alcohol. My challenge is also to be healthy and happy. At this point in my recovery healthy and happy presents a bigger challenge to me than not drinking. Thank God for that but there is a ways to go.

For a while there, I got pretty tired of myself drinking after posting, so I stopped... posting :-(
