It's a heat wave in the UK at the moment- as we're not used to sun sadly there is no such thing as air con in my work place and the window in my room only opens a crack. Was a sweaty mess by the end of today and I think it's going to be hotter tomorrow.... xx

Yay, milestoners!
Sounds like it is really heating up in both Europe and here. Yikes, 40 degrees c!
Looks like a new AC system is in my near future- or so says hvac guy...
Let's all stay cool, calm and collected (toki says to self)
24 more please at 8:05 am in the driftless zone.

Pledged my 24 earlier and stuck to it.
It is strange how when I am depressed, I don't even think about alcohol (beer in my case) or eating. However, when I have a really busy, productive, happy day, I sometimes want a beer or two (which will end up being 5 or 6).
I just struggle through the urge. This evening I just fell asleep for 2 hours. I am still tired; so, I might just go to bed for the night.
Tomorrow will be better!

Hoping you have a full and complete recovery. Take your meds as prescribed and wean yourself off when the time comes. Hugs for you! Wishing you WELL!

Today WILL be better; do something nice for yourself; maybe yourself a special sweet treat for dessert tonight; sometimes the simplest of things work like magic.
And remember, we are here for you.
6.04am and what a sleepless night that was!
My mind was chattering all night about the what why when and how of future plans.
All of a sudden my front windscreen has cleared and I can see a road ahead. I have been in a fog for around 10 years with the last 3 years wobbling around. Nearly 7 months of continuous sobriety has finally enabled a breakthrough and I'm so grateful to all of you here for helping me along the way
Another 24 for me... :-)
