Yaaay! Another 24 hours and its almost time for bed. ZZZZZZ

I'm glad today is a new day, and I'm glad to see the back of yesterday. It wasn't particularly bad, it was just not particularly good with a few bits of unwelcome news, a cranky toddler and lost things. Those things plus poor sleep the night before put me in a mood which I couldn't shake.

The AV, who had been disturbingly quiet up until last night, dropped by and suggested that a couple of drinks might help. Punched him in the face and gave him a few choice words, quite colourful, and certainly not repeatable here. (don't know why my AV is male, he reminds me of my ex a bit.)

But I'm blessed with a new day to try again so I'm gratefully checking in for 24.

I absolutely will not drink today.

Glad you told the AV where to go Mysti your day sounds like a trigger day for me too so thats when we need to be on red alert and start playing the tape through.

I have a trigger day myself today in that I am packing to go camping for the weekend and going with a lot of big boozers. I have packed lots of lovely alternative drinks and I have let one of the others know I am not drinking. I have been camping before and not drunk so I know that I can do it.

This is a sober muscle building weekend for me and I am in for another 24

I may not be able to log in for the next couple of days...
