Oh no Odelle! Hope you'll be ok. That IS painful. I broke my right wrist years ago and had to have surgery too. To this day I still have the metal plate and screws inside. And no. Metal detectors don't go off at the airport!

22:03 EDT and another 24 for me!
Had dinner at my new favorite restaurant tonight. It's a little Italian place that's BYOB, and they serve my Pellegrino for me in a wine glass with a lime wedge. And no corkage fee 😉

It's 7:04 in the evening here in San Diego. The days are getting longer and there is more sunshine each and every day. I've been thinking this is a great metaphor for my sobriety...each day is brighter and brighter.
Grateful to God and grateful to you all. I look forward to coming here every night to make the pledge.

Phone's battery was dead but twas replaced after short wait. Glad I passed this spiritual test on patience coz if didn't, would have had to take it over till I passed. Going in to work tomm so off to bed my friends. 24 mo of grace
