It's been a relaxing day of fun in the sun at the beach. I went to my favorite burger place and caught a great meeting afterward. Now it's time to relax after a hard day's R & R!!!

My heart is broken today. Just found out one of my good friends passed away. We met in outpatient treatment and stayed friends--went to meetings together, met for coffee, checked in with each other. Now I feel like I should have done more.

Grateful to be sober today and in for the next 24 hours.

We won our lip sync contest! Our prizes: A "WINNER" medallion. Dvd compilation of the Convention speaker meetings, I think the workshops, and the Banquet Speaker. Our son received a 3rd Place Ribbon. He "sang"the Celine Dion version of "All By Myself". A very funny R-rated version with props. We also used props in our "I GotYou Babe. I was very nervous , but felt so good about myself in walking through that fear! Bobbi
